One of Canada's Most Wanted Still Eluding Police

January 20, 2012—In the wake of the violent kidnapping of two North York men in January of last year. Peel Regional Police Homicide investigators remain diligent in their efforts to locate the mastermind behind this crime.

On Thursday, January 20, 2011 officers attended an address on Featherston Drive, in response to a complaint of two missing men; Mr. Xiu Jun (Johnny) FEI and Mr. Jianguo (Tony) HAN. Investigators quickly determined that the two men had been kidnapped.

On January 26, 2011, Mr. FEI was released by the kidnappers and located by police at an address in Toronto. Mr. FEI was taken to hospital suffering from non-life threatening injuries.

In July of 2011, following an extensive investigation, police attended a Markham area residence where human remains were discovered. A post-mortem examination confirmed the remains recovered were those of real estate agent Mr. HAN.
