I am hosting a community meeting to share about the extensive efforts that Mississauga Council and City staff have made in addressing the long-standing issues at Ridgeway Plaza. The plaza is located in Ward 8, however many Ward 10 residents living in the adjacent neighbourhood are impacted.

The in-person meeting will take place Wednesday, March 11, 2026 from 7 to 8:30 pm at the Churchill Meadows Library and Older Adult Centre, 3801 Thomas Street. Doors open at 6:30 pm. Advance registration is required.

Members of Peel Regional Police, the city’s planning, parking, traffic and enforcement divisions as well as Fire and Emergency Services will make presentations and/or answer questions about their work on this important file.

Please consider attending as this will be your opportunity to ask questions and find out more about what is being done to make the commercial area safer and restore peace and order to the surrounding residential neighbourhood.

Advance registration closes at noon on Friday, March 6. Confirmations will be sent on Monday, March 9. Space is limited. Priority will be given to Ward 10 residents living near the plaza.

Update:

As of March 2, 2026, this meeting has reached capacity for the available space and no additional advance registrations are being accepted.
A confirmation email will be sent to registered guests by Friday, March 6.
Only those who are on the registration list will be admitted to the meeting; no walk-ins permitted.
A summary of the presentations at the meeting will be made available at www.MississsaugaWard10.ca following the meeting.
Thank you for your understanding.
